1. Who we are

This website operates the domain korea.tv (the "Site"). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Site operator is the data controller for information you submit through the Site. You can reach the operator at offers@korea.tv.

2. What we collect

The Site is intentionally minimal in scope. We collect only:

  • Information you send to us by email at offers@korea.tv — including your name, organization, email address, intended use, proposed figure, and any notes you choose to include. The Site does not host a form that POSTs anywhere; the offer flow is a guided email composition that opens in your own mail client.
  • Basic technical request logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages), which may include IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational diagnostics.

We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party fingerprinting on this Site. We do not set cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you send us by email for one purpose: to evaluate and respond to your acquisition inquiry. Specifically:

  • To assess the suitability and qualification of the offering party.
  • To contact you with a response (continue, decline, or counter).
  • To negotiate, document, and close a transaction, if applicable.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

The lawful basis under GDPR is (a) the performance of, or steps taken to enter into, a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b)); and (b) our legitimate interest in evaluating commercial inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

5. How long we keep it

We retain offer correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate the inquiry and, where applicable, complete a transaction. Inquiries that do not advance to a transaction are kept on a rolling basis for general record-keeping and statute-of-limitations purposes; we delete them on request.

6. Your rights (California — CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which operates a global edge network. Information you submit may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable) for any cross-border transfer of personal data originating in the EEA or UK.

9. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, restrict access to submission data to authorized parties, and rely on reputable hosting and form-processing providers. No system is perfectly secure; if you become aware of a security issue concerning this Site, please report it under our security.txt policy.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
